My name is Ikugile Florida-fine Makenja. Born in a small town called Kalulushi on the Copper belt, I have always been passionate about delivery and excellence.
I went to Fatima Girls High School from Grade from 8 to Grade 12. Then Graduated with a Bachelors Science Degree in Real Estate from the Copper belt University in Zambia. I Co Author in a Published International Journal of Social Science Studies titled “Major Determinant of Physical Development on Urban Residential Land: A Case Study of Kalulushi Municipality in Zambia. The Media spotlight chose me; driven by passion and enthusiasm for the media industry, I have been opportune to be a part of a number of projects, events and programs across the country and outside Zambia, on Television, Radio and In Person. I am skillful, knowledgeable and effective in planning, organizing and managing of events such as Corporate Events, Social Events, Entertainment Events, Parties, Product launches and Weddings.

"T.C Creations" was founded in 2019 and registered within the same Year as a provider of events planning events catering and events decoration. It was founded by Natasha Chipepe.
T.C Creations is based in Zambia, Munchinga province (chinsali district). It runs on passion and drive and it's core statement is "because your happiness matters" as the statement Intels our customers/clients’ happiness always comes first and we thrive to help them actualise their dream events.
After being in the corporate world for 5 years, Stephanie Gondwe founded EventsRus By Steph in 2017, with the hope to implement a more innovative approach and style to events in Zambia. It is with this, that it became apparent to Stephanie on the need for women to have a more sustainable platform in support of their businesses in what is a predominantly male environment.
Under the EventsRus By Steph umbrella, she created Nkashiyandi, formerly Class and Chic Women's Network; with an aim to empower women through different types of programs through its membership portal. The Nkashiyandi Network, which is proving to be successful through its business model, has enabled several women to grow their businesses financially, and is working as a great facilitator in encouraging women in understanding their self-worth.
With the slogan “A Sisterhood, Empowering Women's Self-worth, and Success”; Stephanie has certainly ensured that the Nkashiyandi Women’s network is living up to its ethos. “My vision is to see a women based network, strong enough to change our society, where more women can hold high positions in the corporate world.
