Norena Mutoya Chiteba

Norena Mutoya Chiteba (Lady Norena) is Founder of KUPES Young Womens Network, a network with an aim to inspire, empower and transform young women from all walks of life and shape them into leaders for positive change.
She has a Marketing & Public Relations background with over 12 years of corporate experience, having held various positions such as Assistant Director for Marketing & Communications (Finance Bank), Head of Marketing and Communications (BancABC) and as Country Manager, Corporate Affairs (Standard Chartered Zambia).
She holds an Executive MBA in Leadership & Wealth Creation from the University of Lusaka plus other qualifications including one in Diplomatic Practice, Protocol & Public Relations from the Zambia Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations in Lusaka.

Norena was elected onto the National Sports Council of Zambia Board after having served two successful terms as President of the Zambia Squash Association (first female ever).
She is a sought after transformational speaker with a strong passion towards Personal Branding and leadership and has spoken at several forums and with several organisations.
In March of 2016 she received the Mentorship of the Year Award at the Zambia Women of the year Awards.
She is a Mentor for the 2016 Mandela Washington Fellows and National Mentor under the Atlas Mara Foundation.
Norena is married with 4 children. She is extremely passionate about young women and believes that a fully empowered young woman can be a force for social change.
