Fehintola “Fen” Bolodeoku is the creative behind MonAnnie. A bespoke business that creates flavour first, thoughtfully designed elegant cakes and patisserie for well -travelled foodies with exquisite taste.

She was born and raised in Nigeria, where she developed a love for art, science, and flavours. She moved to the UK at 15, trained and qualified as a medical doctor from the University of Cardiff.

In 2013, she took a step back from the world of medicine and rekindled her passion for the culinary arts. 

She is dedicated to creating cakes with finesse and creating memorable foodie experiences for her clients through cakes and patisserie.

She has had the honour of working with internationally renowned wedding professionals and her work has been featured on top wedding and mainstream publications, and on television.

In her spare time she enjoys travelling, singing, song writing, interior design, crochet, and has recently acquired a taste for murder mystery TV shows.
